Donald Parker is Managing Partner in the San Diego and Newport Beach offices of NGS Global.

With over 25 years of experience in executive search, Mr. Parker has conducted search assignments for board members, chief executive officers, presidents, chief financial officers and senior executive positions in business development, marketing and sales. His search practice includes a broad range of client organizations throughout North America, Europe and Asia – from Fortune 50 to entrepreneurial private equity-funded and venture-backed companies – in industries ranging from enterprise software, healthcare products and services, consumer goods, retail, gaming, manufacturing, financial services and telecommunications.

Prior to the formation of NGS Global, Mr. Parker was Senior Partner at Nosal Partners LLC. He was previously Managing Director and Partner at cFour Partners Worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director and Partner at Stanton Chase International and at Korn/Ferry International, where he opened up the firm’s Orange County office with practices in technology, banking, retailing, consumer products, manufacturing and real estate.

Before entering the field of executive search, Mr. Parker managed worldwide recruiting and staffing departments for 10 years as Vice President Human Resources for The Wickes Corporation (a $4 billion, multi-national retailer and manufacturing company) and Union Bank of California.

Mr. Parker has been consistently recognized in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Executive Search, The Career Makers, North America’s Top Executive Recruiters, and the 2005 best-selling book, A Marketing Plan for Life. He is also the recipient of UCLA “All-American” honors.

Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles. His community involvement includes positions on charitable boards such as Ronald McDonald House, Walden Family Services and Special Olympics Foundation.
