Susie Cho is Partner, Korea at NGS Global and is based in Seoul. 

Ms. Cho has over 20 years of senior executive experience, with particular expertise in the insurance and financial services sectors. She has a comprehensive track record of building digital business models, executing growth strategy, and pursuing customer centricity.

Ms. Cho focuses on recruiting country heads and C-level executives across all functional areas, including strategy and planning, sales and marketing, finance, digital transformation and human resources. 

Prior to joining NGS Global's team in Korea, she worked in a number of leading global insurance companies as a strategy and business development head, managing their Asia Pacific region businesses, which included Singapore, Hong Kong, China and SE Asia.

This included leading a number of high-level regional digital business transformation initiatives along the entire value chain, which subsequently delivered tangible financial benefit. Ms. Cho also successfully launched many digital insurance projects in the health, life, motor and bancassurance sectors in Korea, China, Indonesia and Thailand, whilst also developing strategic partnerships for scale and scope. She also has a strong background in strategic and operational marketing.

Ms. Cho studied English and German at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. In her spare time, she likes hiking, the outdoors, and relaxing with her dogs.
