Fernando de Zavala is Managing Partner Iberia based in the Barcelona office of NGS Global.
Mr. Zavala brings a truly global background of experience with over 11 years of experience in the Americas, 12 years in Europe and 7 years in the Asia Pacific region. His career has been focused mainly on the human resources industry.
Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Zavala was a Partner at Zavala Civitas Executive Search and launched the firm’s office in both Shanghai and Barcelona. Before that, he founded IntuuChina, an award-winning placement agency in China. Mr. Zavala began his career in Isobar, China as an eCommerce Consultant for firms seeking to access the Chinese eCommerce market.
Mr. Zavala graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand and earned a full scholarship to Georgetown University in Washington D.C. for postgraduate studies. The Choiseul Institute placed him amongst “Young leaders with the highest potential in Spain", and Nova Talent selected him as one of the top 10 Management Consultants in the country. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, and is also proficient in Portuguese.
