Dr. Natascha Müller specializes in executive search and leadership consulting across both the public and private sectors, with a specific focus on industrial and technology companies, where she also provides customized leadership solutions, including management assessments and executive coaching.
Dr. Müller also has extensive expertise supporting organizations across the spectrum of arts and culture, science, as well as philanthropic foundations.
Prior to joining NGS Global, Dr. Müller gained significant experience in managing academic institutions and projects. Drawing on her strong research background, she offers a variety of approaches centered around diversity in business management, extending her consulting services to a wide range of client organizations. Her expertise in these areas extends to her role as a public speaker.
Dr. Müller holds a PhD in Social Science, accompanied by two Master's degrees. Her doctoral dissertation was funded by a grant and received the highest accolades.
